However, I consider my greatest education
the pain, joy and growth from life’s ups and downs. As a former marketing consultant and a mum of two young boys, I was definitely feeling the overwhelm as I strived to achieve a happy work life balance. I am a living testimony to the benefits of incorporating mindfulness into my life.
With my individual style and zest for life shining through, I debunk some of the mystique that often surrounds mindfulness. I can clearly demonstrate the many practical tools and techniques that can be incorporated into our daily lives, tailoring my fun and interactive approach to each individual audience. Bringing a multi-disciplined focus to my work, I draw from positive psychology and neuroscience to help clients strengthen their personal awareness and build greater resilience to more powerfully navigate the challenges, opportunities and goals within their personal, school and/or professional life.
